Office Day

Started the day meeting with Coordinator for Hixson.  We discussed plans for next school year and reflected on what worked and what didn't in curriculum improvements from the school year.

Went over to Edgar Rd:

• Met with Gifted Ed teacher
• sent email about kit sign up

Used signupsheet.com to facilitate sign up.  

Used 4 different email addresses to coincide with the 4 quarters

Chose site due to the limits that can be placed on a sign up spot and the fact that it's FREE!

3 kits needed to be made due to not having enough per requests.  

• 2 Sound kits for 2nd grade (one 3rd quarter and one 4th quarter)
• 1 Rock Kit for 4th grade (for 4th quarter)

Feedback:

• 1 person requested written directions as opposed to a video becasue the video was too long.
• This year was different than last but held a lot of the same concepts
• Kits left feature was a benefit
