Started the day meeting with the Fine Arts coordinator about the STEAM program.

Met with building secretary to go over budgeting spreadsheet

Met with CECH representative for the 4/17 and 4/24 learning experiences.

3/26 Hixson, ERS

Started the day at Hixson Middle School.  I worked with the 8th grade social studies teachers as they prepared for their full-day workshop.

I then headed over to Edgar Road.

The head custodian, building principal and I all walked the building and put together the painting list, work orders and maintenance issues for summer work.

Finished 24 Short/Long term learning opportunities.

Called Hyatt regarding a billing issue

Sent out Final Vertical Team meeting

Drafted Work order/Paint/Purchase lists for Summer work

3/24 ERS

Started the day meeting with the Systems Thinking group.  Added to our notes here.

Met with Director of Human Resources about a staff issue.

Met with students from Webster University.

Worked on Building assessment.

Created Walkthrough Plan.

Worked on final reimbursements for NSTA.

Had a spirited conversation with a parent.

Prepped for 3, 4, 5 Science Workshop

Completed more Short/Long term learning opportunities.

Met with the Asst. Supt regarding Vertical Team meetings.

Assisted with dismissal (It hailed at dismissal!)

3/23 Meeting, ERS

Started the day with Breakfast with the president of Webster university.

Headed over to Edgar Road.  I walked arou d to each classroom and checked in with teachers and students.

I worked on NSTA reimbursement.

Sent Parking and reminder for 3, 4, 5 facilitators.

Edited my article for Edutopia

Met with Building principal.

Sent out parking and building assessment reminders.

Worked through emails!!!!

Prepped assessments for Gifted 1st grade acceleration assessment

Completed more Short/Long term learning opportunities

Started the day welcoming students into school.

Met with teachers starting a Systems Thinking group.  Started a document here.

Met with Teacher Coach from North Glendale Elementary.  Toured the building etc.

Met with building principal

Entered 2015-2016 dates into district calendar for ERS.

Met with Webster University development committee

Set up and facilitated presentations for Phi Delta Kappa classroom grants

Started the morning walking around saying good morning to students and staff.

Read about the decision book.  Learned this:

Met with building principal about calendar for next year.

Streamed the #AppleLive event

Made contact with Ms. Martinez of The nine network about a technology grant for area schools.

Spent the day with 7th grade social studies.

We worked through the agenda.

We made an assessment for "Classical World"

We created a google form version of the assessment.

Met with 8th science department chair.

Met with building principal.

After school met with the Fox director of technology.

Started the day at Central office.  Met with staff and picked up resources.

Met with copy center staff

Met with AP at WGHS

Organized materials from Social Studies facilitator meeting.  Cleaned up room.

Made list of resources to be shipped to various libraries.

Answered hundred (felt like) of emails.

Confirmed agenda for 6-8 MS science meetings

Watched and was inspired by:

Reviewed facilitator notes from yesterday's meeting.

Crafted email about 4th and 5th overlap in content.  Created a document to collaborate around.

Started putting together next year summer ordering of resources.
